Ever had one of those days where everything seems to be going up in flames? Maybe you feel like you’ve gotten yourself into a rut? Or maybe you just need some alone time! I encourage you to take a time out for some self love and care. You deserve it, you need it, and your mind and body will thank you.

I’ve created a list of 45 self care activities to “take a break”. Pick a couple things from the list and put your heart and soul into them. Take a day for YOU!
